PAYMENTS

We accept GCash, bank transfer through Paymongo, Credit and Debit Cards through PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD) via J&T Express.

Payment method changes can only be accommodated before an order is processed. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please photograph the item and packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We'll resolve it from there.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of book products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
